I forgot my password, what should I do?

To reset your password, follow the forgotten password instructions in the login form.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • Paypal
  • Flag (only available in some countries)

Wishlist & Waitinglist

Wishlist– Registered users can save their favorite products to the Wishlist. You can view the saved items in the Wishlist at any time. To save a new product, select the color and size and click "Add to Wishlist". Please note that adding a product to your wish list does not mean reserving it. Someone can always buy the product you have included in the Wish List.
Waiting list– If there is an option to add a product to the waiting list, it means that the product is not available at the moment, but may be available again in the future. Adding a product to the waiting list means that if the product is available again, you will be immediately informed by email. If other people enter the same product, they will all receive the same email to be informed of the new availability.

Newsletter

The Newsletter provides special previews related to our store. If you register on our website, you will automatically receive our newsletter. If you don't want to sign up, you can still sign up for our newsletter.
At the top of our online store page is the "Get what's new" box: enter your email address here to subscribe to the newsletter.
It is also possible to easily delete from the newsletter if you are no longer interested in receiving our news. Simply click on the delete link you will find in the email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Before your purchases have been prepared for shipping we can cancel the order, change an item, change the size or change your billing and shipping information.
Please be aware that we are not able to combine orders or add pieces of an existing order once it has been processed.

How can I track my order?

Once the package with your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an automatic email with the UPS tracking number to follow its journey.
If you are a registered customer, you will have the option to follow your shipment by logging into your account in the My Orders section.

How do I return or change an item?

Making a return or exchange is very easy. You have 14 days to decide to return an item.
Simply request a merchandise authorization number (RMA) from your account by filling in the required information.

Will I be refunded for the full value of my order?

The refund will be issued according to the payment method that you have chosen to place on the order. In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your items are faulty/incorrect delivery. All sales taxes are included in the refund if the order was sent to a destination within the EU.
Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs office directly.
